Procedure for making Complaint

    
      Complaint may lodged against officials belonging to the organizations over which the  Andhra  Pradesh vigilance Commission has jurisdiction, namely :-

• Government Departments

• State Public Sector Undertakings

• Autonomous bodies receiving assistance from the government like local bodies

The Commission has no jurisdiction over private individuals  having no official dealings with the government and hence no   complaint will be entertained against them.

Complaints should not be anonymous / pseudonymous

Complaints may be briefly stated giving facts which are verifiable. They should not be vague or contain sweeping general allegations.

Complaint should be addressed directly to Commission.

Only those complaints alleging corruption  against  officials and organizations within the jurisdiction of  commission will be got investigated   through  the ACB or the CVO / VO of the organization concerned.
